Middle School Volleyball Tryouts

NBH Middle School Volleyball tryouts for the 2025–2026 season will be held the first week of school. All interested students must complete the tryout interest form and be fully cleared through Athletic Clearance with an updated physical.

Complete required forms from FHAA.com under "Parents" and "Eligibilty Forms"

Current & completed EL2 (Physical) form dated 7/25

Complete and upload NFHSLearn.com free training courses. Screenshot or download and save your completion certificate.

Social Media for Student - This is a NBH Volleyball requirement and does not have to be uploaded.

Non-traditional students have additional steps and forms that must also be completed and turned into Bay County School and North Bay Haven Administration. Information, forms and processes is located on the FHSAA Non-Traditional Students website.
